• Job Description :
• Welcoming all guests, visitors and applicants with services mind.
• Receiving a call, transfer line and answer a phone as professionalism.
• Providing applications to applicants, document checking, invite to meeting room and serve beverage.
• Searching information as require from the internet and being searcher for some information.
• Help accounting for basic accounting and admin, reserving ticket, hotel as required.
• Eyes to review and action the office environment, cleanness, office supply and electric equipment.
• Making applicants report and car park.
• Calling messenger and feedback deliver's process to client.

• Qualification :
• Bachelor's Degree, any university, any field
• Female, Thai Nationality, Age 23 - 28 years old
• Having experience in similar filed or really willing to work in this role.
• Ability to operate MS.office
• Enjoy working in international environment and culture in small organization
• Require who has good attitude, willing to work long term with own improvement.
• Good English communication, negotiating skill, good relationship and fast leaner
