Job Description :
Ability to provide best effort services to applicant and client.
Ability to approach recruitment services to new client, consulting customer and able to do favorable requirement for applicants
Having good experience in permanent recruitment services and understanding in conditions of outsourcing, temporary staffs and Contract staff.
Ability to establish the job description or able to translate Thai to English if required
Understanding in recruitment demand and able to open account and close sales target.
Recording and bringing client's history to be promoted client performance to be best of the quarterly customer and keep score for recruiting services as complimentary.
Taking care own account by always feedback to Managing Director
Appreciating company's brand and Service, keep image and bringing a gift / training course for successful candidate by own self.
Managing in interview progress, building relationship, summarized report and follow up client satisfaction
Making appointment, coordinate and prepare all necessary interview kits for applicants.
Eyes to review the opportunity for applicants and able to conduct the possibility career for applicants
Visiting customer and able to present company services

Bachelor's Degree, any university, any field
Thai Nationality, Age 25 - 32 years old
Having experience in Recruitment services 1 - 5 years
Enjoy using software as a performance checking system for motivate own performance
Enjoy working with sales target and being sales oriented person
Enjoy working in international environment and culture in small organization
Require who has good attitude, willing to work long term with own improvement.
