ERP / CRM Manager
- Job Description :
- Performing as Sales Manager to sort project, bid project, price estimating, planning all job procedures and meet sales target.
- Managing, Controlling and applying all job concerns with ERP / CRM.
- Monitoring team and communicating internal and external customer and participating in team.
- Experiencing ERP/CRM System and technical specification included training users and preparing user manual.
- Feed back and follow up client satisfaction include product improvement and analyzing client's complain and solving incident situation.
- Meeting and Visiting customer outside both in Thailand and Bangkok
- As assigned by Norwegian's Managing Director
- Qualifications :-
- Any age, Bachelor's degree or higher
- Having experience in ERP / CRM business 5 - 10 years
- Having product knowledge and dealing with Microsoft.
- Having successfully track record and fine history in IT industry
- Very good command in writing, speaking and understanding in English and Thai.
- Able to work in small team with international environment.
- Able to travel abroad if required
- Enjoy IT knowledge and technology movement.
- Fast learner, adaptable, enjoys changing environment, friendly, good relationship, leadership skill and team work skilled.
